Acceptable use policy

Safety and responsibility

You agree that Creating Comic assumes no responsibility for any content generated using its services. Furthermore, Creating Comic shall not be liable for any infringement of copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights, or any illegal or unauthorized use. You assume full responsibility for any such use and agree to indemnify Creating Comic for any costs, damages or expenses arising from such use.

We want everyone to use Creating Comic safely and responsibly. You agree you will not use, or allow others to use, Creating Comic:

1. To violate the law or others' rights, nor will you promote, contribute to, encourage, facilitate, plan, incite, or further anyone else's violation of the law or others' rights;
2. To engage in, promote, generate, contribute to, facilitate, encourage, plan, incite, or further illegal or unlawful activity or content, such as any of the following:
   1. Violence or terrorism;
   2. Exploitation or harm to children, including the solicitation, creation, acquisition, or dissemination of child exploitative content;
   3. Human trafficking, exploitation, and sexual violence and solicitation;
   4. Harassment, abuse, threatening, stalking, or bullying of individuals or groups of individuals;
   5. Discrimination or other unlawful or harmful conduct in the provision of employment, employment benefits, credit, housing, other economic benefits, or other essential goods and services;
   6. Unauthorized or unlicensed practice of any profession including, but not limited to, financial, legal, medical/health, or related professional practices;
   7. Health, demographic, or other sensitive personal or private information about individuals without rights and consents required by applicable laws;
   8. Creation of malicious code, malware, computer viruses or do anything else that could disable, overburden, interfere with or impair the proper working, integrity, operation or appearance of a website or computer system;
   9. Creation of content that infringes, misappropriates, or otherwise violates any third-party rights;
   10. Any other criminal activity;
3. To engage in, promote, incite, facilitate, or assist in the planning or development of activities that present a risk of death or bodily harm to individuals, such as any of the following:
   1. Military, warfare, nuclear industries or applications, espionage, use for materials or activities;
   2. Development, improvement, or manufacture of guns and illegal weapons, weapons of mass destruction (such as nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons), weapons of war (such as missiles or landmines);
   3. Development, improvement or manufacture of illegal drugs and regulated/controlled substances, or any gain of function-related activities with respect to any pathogens;
   4. Any content intended to incite or promote violence, abuse, or any infliction of bodily harm to an individual;
4. To intentionally deceive or mislead others, including use of Creating Comic related to the following:
   1. Generating, promoting, or furthering fraud or the creation or promotion of disinformation;
   2. Generating, promoting, or furthering defamatory content, including the creation of defamatory statements, images, or other content;
   3. Generating, promoting, or further distributing spam;
   4. Impersonating another individual without consent, authorization, or legal right;
   5. Representing or misleading people into believing that the use of Creating Comic or outputs are human-generated;
   6. Generating or facilitating false online engagement, including fake reviews and other means of fake online engagement;
   7. Generating or facilitating large-scale political advertisements, propaganda, or influence campaigns;
5. To fail to appropriately disclose to end users any known dangers of Creating Comic AI system or misrepresent or mislead with respect to its abilities.

Intellectual property

The content generated using Creating Comic's services, including the text and images in your comics, is entirely yours. Creating Comic releases all rights to this content and will not use, sell or claim any ownership rights over it.

Modifications

The publisher of the Creating Comic site reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time, without notice, by posting the modified terms and conditions on the website. Your continued use of the Creating Comic website following the posting of the amended terms and conditions will signify your acceptance of these amended terms and conditions.
